Je prendrai mon temps en voyageant sur des bateaux cargos lents en totale immersion avec l\u2019environnement. Depuis quelques semaines, j\u2019ai une forte douleur au coude suite \u00e0 une d\u00e9chirure. Malchance \u00e0 quelques heures du d\u00e9part, suite \u00e0 un faux mouvement, je me bloque le dos. S\u00e9ance d\u2019ost\u00e9opathie en urgence\u2026 Le voyage est long, je suis un peu tendu. En fin d\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi d\u00e9part de Marseille puis longue attente \u00e0 Madrid pour le vol de minuit en direction de Lima.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Marted\u00ec 25 novembre.<\/strong> \u00c8 arrivato il giorno della partenza. La sfida \u00e8 ambiziosa, la preparazione \u00e8 stata lunga, torno sul tema dei fiumi, e questa volta \u00e8 il Rio delle Amazzoni. Mi prender\u00f2 il mio tempo viaggiando su lente navi cargo, completamente immerso nell&#8217;ambiente. Da qualche settimana ho un forte dolore al gomito a causa di uno strappo. Sfortuna, poche ore prima della partenza, un movimento improvviso mi fa slogare la schiena. Seduta di osteopatia d&#8217;urgenza&#8230; Il viaggio \u00e8 lungo, sono un po&#8217; teso. Partenza nel tardo pomeriggio da Marsiglia, poi lunga attesa a Madrid per il volo di mezzanotte per Lima.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_gallery][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Mercredi 26 novembre<\/strong> Le vol a \u00e9t\u00e9 agr\u00e9able, j\u2019ai pu dormir par intermittence. Beaucoup de temps pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le bagage, mais j\u2019\u00e9tais rassur\u00e9 car le traceur gps me signalait qu\u2019il \u00e9tait bien arriv\u00e9. Encore une heure de taxi, me voici dans une immense chambre propre et confortable. L\u2019h\u00f4tel bien plac\u00e9, le temps de m\u2019installer puis direction la casa de cambio et le centre Claro pour l\u2019achat d\u2019une Sim locale. Premier repas \u00e0 Miraflores : ceviche y arroz con mariscos. La ville est pleine de supporters br\u00e9siliens venus pour la finale de la coupe libertadores entre palmeiras et flamengo. Je retrouve le bord de mer d\u00e9 Miraflores, le centre commercial Larco et ces points de vue que j\u2019avais bien appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Il fait plut\u00f4t frais le soir, la ville toujours dans sa grisaille. Le soir je me fais plaisir avec deux d\u00e9licieuses empanadas. Je tiens plut\u00f4t bien avec le dos, je fais des \u00e9tirements, je suis confiant.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Mercoled\u00ec 26 novembre.<\/strong> Il volo \u00e8 stato piacevole; sono riuscito a dormire a intermittenza. Ci ho messo un po&#8217; a recuperare i bagagli, ma sono stato sollevato perch\u00e9 il localizzatore GPS indicava che erano arrivati \u200b\u200bsani e salvi. Un&#8217;altra ora di taxi dopo, e sono arrivato in una stanza enorme, pulita e confortevole. L&#8217;hotel \u00e8 in un&#8217;ottima posizione. Mi sono sistemato e poi mi sono diretto alla Casa de Cambio (ufficio di cambio) e al centro commerciale Claro per acquistare una SIM locale. Il mio primo pasto a Miraflores \u00e8 stato ceviche e riso con frutti di mare. La citt\u00e0 era piena di tifosi brasiliani venuti per la finale di Copa Libertadores tra Palmeiras e Flamengo. Ero di nuovo sul lungomare di Miraflores, al centro commerciale Larco e in quei punti panoramici che avevo apprezzato cos\u00ec tanto l&#8217;anno scorso. La sera faceva piuttosto fresco, la citt\u00e0 era ancora avvolta nel grigio. La sera, mi sono concesso due deliziose empanadas.
